How bad situations can be a gift

I’ve seen so many times over where a client feels they are experiencing a bad situation, in particular they feel they are dealing with a ‘bad’ person and are bewildered as to why the situation is happening to them.

1. When you are dealing with a really challenging person or situation look to see why you might be experiencing this. Ask yourself what lesson is this situation or person here to teach me?

2. I believe people cross our paths for a reason and can often help us grow and become stronger. Instead of feeling hurt, anger or utter frustration at others, thank them for the gift they have given you. Only can you do this when you pay attention to learning from this experience and growing. Holding onto anger about others only hurts ourselves so let go and learn.

What is better blocks or chips?

There are two common ways to get things done. They are equally as good as each other but are best used in two different situations.

If you would like to get more things done with less effort then try out this strategy of using either blocks or chips.

Here are your action tips!

1. When you have a short end to end project it’s great to allocate a block of time to get the whole thing done. For example you might schedule 3 full days to create the whole thing. Or you might allocate 2 hour blocks of time every day for a month to get it done.

2. When you have an on-going goal for example personal development or building upon relationships, things that don’t really have an end to them. Then chipping away at them is great. Simply schedule regular times in your calendar and stick to them. Over time you will be amazed at how far you have come and it didn’t feel like much effort.

7 Day Challenge – Ask Yourself This Question

Do you ever have a problem keeping negative thoughts out of your head?

Perhaps you struggle with remaining positive as often as you would like.

Or you are lacking in self confidence and inner belief…

In today’s video I have a 7 day challenge for you to overcome these issues!

Here are your actions!

1. Any time you allow negative thoughts into your head, or thoughts that you know don’t serve you well ask yourself this question:

‘WHAT SHOULD I BE THINKING RIGHT NOW?

2. Answer it!

Just from answering it will put the right thoughts into your head. You will realise that you can easily change negative thoughts into positive. Therefore instantly feel better for doing so and thus move out of negative thoughts or lack of self belief and self confidence.

3. BONUS – this question also helps you focus for if you’re being distracted you can ask it to help you stay on the task at hand.
