Challenges faced when on your Spiritual Journey….

Life CoachOn our spiritual journey we will experience shadows of the past.

Results and outcomes generated from decisions, actions and behaviours made by our former selves.

At these times we can become upset and frustrated…

Upset with ourselves for seeing the positions we have put ourselves in years ago that are getting in the way of where we are now and where we are heading.

But it’s these times that show us our personal growth and how far we have actually come.

It’s also at these times that we really need to be thankful.

For every friend, family member, colleague, teacher or person who crosses our path gives us a chance to grow and develop from their acquaintance.

Be thankful for people who have allowed you to learn the lessons you have needed to learn about yourself from the encounter to move forward making better decisions, actions and new behaviours.

When you experience shadows of the past you need to draw on your new perceptions, actions and behaviours of the now to simply ‘tidy up the loose ends’ without allowing frustrations or upset to get in the way of where you are today.

Always wish others well on their journey in life and move forth on yours with happiness, greater understanding and personal strength.

Make a commitment to your Goals!

“The translation of ‘I’ll try’ is ‘I’m not committed’.”

- Robin Sharma (Best Selling author of ‘The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari’).

Think of something that you’re ‘trying’ to do and instead commit yourself fully this week to actually doing it.
