A common phrase you should never to use again!
There is a common phrase that I used to use and now no longer do!
I highly recommend that you also remove it from your vocabulary to gain a more successful, fulfilled and happy life!

Beware of using the common phrase of ‘I can’t be bothered’ because then life won’t be bothered with you either!
Here is your activity!
- Pick yourself up whenever you are about to say ‘I can’t be bothered’.
- Get bothered doing the very thing you don’t feel like doing!
- Repeat!
Good luck in taking positive action towards getting bothered!

Dear Jacqueline – hi, it’s been awhile since I contacted you. I have been very busy, then holidays and a period of time a little unwell. I am fully back on deck and madly trying to catch up on my personal development course with you, plus all of the other little bits of wisdom that you share each week.
I have just listened to the common phrase we should ditch from our vocabulary. You are absolutely right! “I can’t be bothered’ is one of my excuses and I have been using it a bit lately. I am determined to be blocking it from now on. Also, I have to say I love the new graphics on your web site. Very snazzy!
I am looking forward to being part of the next group meeting. I haven’t been able to participate so far and I really would like to network and take the opportunity for growth that is offered when you reach out and share storied with others.
