As you may know I LOVE ROWING! I was so lucky to have one of my clients in Serbia also a member of a rowing club. The Belgrade University Rowing Club!
She took me down to check it out and here is my video to show you the adventure we had!
The funny thing is when I was in the boat I had nothing else much to do except learn some more Serbian words from the coach. I thought I was learning Catch, Leg Drive, Finish & Recovery, the 4 part rowing technique… however do you know what I actually learnt? Write in the comments below!
